Abstract
Primjena društveno odgovornog poslovanja danas je sve popularnija i postala je ustaljenom praksom u razvijenom svijetu, prvenstveno zato što se pokazalo kako od ovakve prakse imaju koristi svi uključeni. Bit društvene odgovornosti sastoji se u održavanju dobrih odnosa, ne samo s potrošačima, već sa svima zainteresiranima za poslovanje poduzeća. Primjena društveno odgovornoga poslovanja pomaže i u učinkovitosti poslovanja. U Hrvatskoj postoji cijeli niz aktivnosti na području društvene odgovornosti poduzeća i ne postoje zapreke prakticiranju iste, no dobar dio tih aktivnosti nije strateški osmišljen, strukturiran ili obuhvaćen izvještajima te je još uvijek zamjetan nedostatak odgovarajućih mjera za poticanje društvene odgovornosti. Pozitivnih primjera društvene odgovornosti ima na desetke, a u radu se analizira primjena društvene odgovornosti kod Atlantic Grupe, Podravke i Ericsson Nikole Tesle.

Implementation of corporate social responsibility is becoming more popular today and has become established practice in the developed world, primarily because it has been shown that everyone involvedbenefitfrom these practices. Core of social responsibility is to maintain good relations, not only with customers, but with all those interested in corporate actions.Implementation of social responsibility aids in business efficiency. In Croatia there is a whole range of activities in the area of corporate social responsibility and there are no obstacles to the pursuit the same, but most of these activities are not strategically designed, structured or covered by these reports and there is still a considerable lack of appropriate measures for the promotion of social responsibility. There are dozens of positive example of social responsibility and this paper analyses the implementation of social responsibility at Atlantic Group, Podravka and Ericsson Nikola Tesla.
