Abstract
Ovaj rad obrađuje gerila marketing, te njegove prednosti i nedostatke. Nakon kratkog teorijskog dijela o gerila marketingu, biti će prikazani i pojašnjeni glavni elementi gerilskoga marketinga, također upoznat ćemo se i sa povijesti gerila marketinga, te s načinom funkcioniranja ove vrste marketinga. U kratkim crtama prikazane su metode i taktike koje gerilci koriste. Poslije obrađenog općeg dijela gerilskog marketinga, bit će prikazane vrste gerilskog marketinga, te njihova glavna obilježja i primjeri za pojedinu vrstu marketinga oglašavanja. U nastavku rada govori se o alatima koji se koriste kako bi gerila marketing ostvario svoj cilj, te došao do uspješnih rezultata. Na samom kraju rada, istaknute su prednosti i nedostatci gerila marketinga. Detaljno je objašnjeno koje su to pozitivne stvari koje gerila marketing pruža, ali i ona negativna strana gerila marketinga. Cilj rada je pobliže upoznati funkcioniranje gerilskog marketinga, te proučiti koje mogućnosti pruža svojim korisnicima. Iako se u većini literature navode pozitivne strane gerila marketinga, pokušalo se pronaći dali postoji i negativna strana, te ako postoji detaljno objasniti.

The main theme of this work is guerilla marketing, advantages and disadvantages. After a short theoretical part of guerilla marketing, it will be presented and explained the main elements of guerrilla marketing, also will be familiar with the history of guerrilla marketing, and the functioning of this type of marketing. In this work paper will be explain the methods and tactics used by the guerrillas. After processed general part of guerrilla marketing, will be shown the type of guerrilla marketing, and their main characteristics and examples for each type of marketing. In the following paper, the tools used to guerilla marketing has reached its goal, and came to a successful result. At the end of the paper, highlighted the advantages and disadvantages of guerrilla marketing. It is explained in detail what are the positive things that guerilla marketing offers, but this is and downside guerrilla marketing. The aim is to learn more about the functioning of guerrilla marketing, and to study the possibilities that it provides to its customers. Although in most of the literature suggest the positive aspects of guerrilla marketing, tried to slip if there is a downside, and if there is a full explanation.
