Abstract
U ovom radu, obrađivana je problematika manipuliranja ljudima u kontekstu menadžerske funkcije upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima. Ljudski faktor u suvremenim uvjetima poslovanja, smatra se ključnim preduvjetom uspješnosti suvremenih poslovnih subjekta. Ljudski faktor razlikuje se od poslovnog subjekta do poslovnog subjekta po dobnoj i spolnoj strukturi, znanjima, vještinama, sposobnostima snalaženja i prilagođavanja različitim situacijama, iskustvu i dr. Upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima usmjereno je privlačenju ljudskih resursa prema organizaciji, razvijanju radne snage što je u funkciji njezinog optimalnog iskorištavanja te dugoročnom održavanje radne snage što se smatra preduvjetom dugoročne uspješnosti suvremenih poslovnih subjekata. Posebna pozornost u radu, bila je usmjerena manipuliranju u kontekstu upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima. U kontekstu upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima, manipuliranje je moguće definirati kao način poticanja drugih na činjenje određenih aktivnosti usmjerenih ostvarivanju vlastitih ciljeva ali i organizacijskih ciljeva. Manipulativne aktivnosti u suvremenim uvjetima poslovanja, nisu društveno prihvaćene te se smatraju izrazito negativnim jer se različitim aktivnostima pojedinca/skupine ljudi potiče na pokoravanje te slijeđenje ciljeva manipulatora.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, treated the issue of manipulating people in the context of functions of human resource management. The human factor in modern business, is seen as a key prerequisite for the success of modern business entity. The human factor is different from business entity to a business entity by age and sex structure, knowledge, skills, ability to cope and adapt to different situations, experience and others. Human Resources management is in function of attracting human resources to the organization, develop a workforce that is a function of its optimum utilization and long-term maintenance of the labor force which is considered a prerequisite for long-term success of modern businesses. Special attention in the work, was directed to manipulation in the context of human resources management. In the context of human resources management, manipulation can be defined as a way of encouraging others to commit specific activities aimed at achieving their own goals as well as organizational goals. Manipulative activities in modern business, are not socially accepted and are considered extremely negative because the various activities of the individual/ group encourages people to comply and follow targets of manipulators.
