Abstract
Ovim radom u uvodnom dijelu definira se i ukratko objašnjava pojam menadžmenta ljudskih potencijala, koje su njegove osnovne funkcije i što rade menadžeri ljudskih potencijala. Zatim slijedi kratak opis planiranja kadrova te je pojašnjeno što se događa nakon što poduzeće raspiše natječaj i krene s regrutiranjem. Regrutiranje može biti interno, preslagivanjem postojećih radnih mjesta ili eksterno, traženjem kandidata na tržištu rada. Nakon regrutiranja slijedi selekcija kandidata, kao što je objašnjeno u radu. Jedan od najvažnijih načina selekcije kadrova su psihologijski testovi. Psihologijski testovi, što su, za što služe i kako ih dijelimo, koje su njihove prednosti odnosno nedostaci objašnjeni su u četvrtom poglavlju rada. Zatim slijedi u petom i šestom dijelu analiza svih testova ponaosob. Oni se dijele na kognitivne psihologijske testove koji su podijeljeni na testove inteligencije, kreativnosti, verbalne i numeričke sposobnosti. Druga vrsta psihologijskih testova su testovi ličnosti. Detaljnije su objašnjeni u poglavlju šest. Ima ih više vrsta i pomažu menadžerima kako bi bolje procijenili kandidate, kako se snalaze u različitim stresnim situacijama, jesu li introvertirani ili ekstrovertirani i slično. Na samom kraju nalazi se zaključak o napisanom, te se nalazi literatura i popis slika.

In this final paper, the first part of the work, introduction, defines what management of human resources is, who managers of human resources are and what is their job but also their most important assignments. It continues with short description about planning human resources and it is explained what happens when firm call for tender and starts recruitment. Recruitment can be internal, rearranging existing work places, or external, looking for new candidates on labor market. After recruitment, next is the selection of candidates. One of the most important parts of the selection is the psychological tests. Psychological tests, what are they, what can we do with them, their classification, what are their gains or disadvantages are explained in the fourth chapter of this paper. Each of the tests is explained in fifth and sixth chapter. They are divided into cognitive psychological tests, which have their own division: intelligence, creativity, verbal and numerical tests. The other type of test is the personality test. There are more details in chapter six. There are many types of test and they help managers to inform themselves about candidates, see how they manage stressful situations, and see if they are introverts or extroverts. In the end of the paper there is a conclusion, literature and list of images.
