Abstract
U ovom je radu promatrana problematika restrukturiranja poduzeća s ciljem upravljanja promjenama. Problematika je obrađena u pet poglavlja rada, u okviru kojih je fokus stavljen na upravljanje promjenama i restrukturiranje poduzeća. Restrukturiranje poslovanja poduzeća u funkciji je poboljšanja efikasnosti poslovanja poduzeća, te je kao takvo značajno jer pridonosi očuvanju radnih mjesta, boljoj tržišnoj pozicioniranosti, omogućavanju uvođenja novih proizvoda te osvajanju novih tržišta i dr. Restrukturiranje poslovanja jedan je od načina upravljanja promjenama te se kao takvo ne provodi samo kod poslovnih subjekata koji se u svom poslovanju suočavaju s ozbiljnim problemima, već i kod onih poslovnih subjekata koji ostvaruju uspješne poslovne rezultate ali uočavaju potencijalne probleme tj. korisnosti proizašle implementacijom promjena. U obradi problematike rada korišteni su sekundarni izvori podataka koji su obrađivali problematiku rada. U izradi rada, korištene su induktivna metoda, deduktivna metoda, metoda analize te metoda sinteze.

Parallel abstract (English)
This paper observed the problems of restructuring enterprises to manage changes. The problem is discussed in the context of five chapters of work within which the focus is placed on the management of change and restructuring. The restructuring of business enterprises is in operation to improve the efficiency of company operations and as such significantly because it contributes to the preservation of jobs, better market positioning, enabling the introduction of new products and entering new markets and etc. The restructuring of the business is one way to manage change and as such is not implemented only with commercial entities which in their business face serious problems, but also in those companies that achieve successful business results or perceived potential problems ie. the utility derived by implementing changes. In resolving problems of the paper were used secondary sources of data that are processed problems of work. In the paper, were used the inductive method, deductive method, analysis and synthesis methods.
