Abstract
Društveno odgovorno poslovanje suvremena je poslovna praksa koju primjenjuje sve veći broj poduzeća. Trend društveno odgovornog poslovanja proširio se po cijelome svijetu pa tako i u Hrvatskoj. U današnjim uvjetima poslovanja koje obilježava snažna konkurencija povećana je osjetljivost potrošača koja ima sve veći utjecaj na poslovni uspjeh. Briga o zajednici i okolišu postaje sve izraženija i poslovni subjekti sve više pažnje posvećuju ovom segmentu poslovanja, kako kroz svakodnevno poslovanje, tako i implementacijom elemenata brige o zajednici i okolišu u sastavnice finksije planiranja kao potvrdu namjere dugoročnog ulaganja u ovaj aspekt poslovne odgovornosti. Uključivanjem ovakvog načina poslovanja poduzeće osigurava dobru reputaciju, financijsku stabilnost i budućnost poduzeća.

Corporate social responsibility is a modern business practice applied with increasing2 number of enterprises. The trend of socialy responsible corporations has spread throughout the world and in Croatia. Today's business conditions are characterized by strong competition and increased consumer sensitivity which has an increasing impact on business success. Concern for the community and the environment becomes more pronounced and businesses pay more attention to this segment in their daily operations and implementation of elements of concers for the community and the environment in the components of the planning functions as a confirmation of intent for long-term investment in this aspect of social responsibility. The inclusion of this type of business, provides the company good reputation, financial stability and a bright future.
