Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je pokazati značaj situacijske analize u strateškom promišljanju poduzeća i definirati strategije razvoja poduzeća. Na primjeru poduzeća CDP d.o.o., pokazalo se na koji način se može primijeniti situacijska analiza u određivanju stanja u kojem se poduzeće nalazi, te kako na osnovu situacijske analize izabrati odgovarajuće strategije i dati prijedlog puta kojim bi poduzeće moglo krenuti. Primjenom situacijske analize dobiven je detaljan uvid u situaciju u kojoj poduzeće posluje (kroz analizu vizije, misije, ciljeva) te okruženja u kojem se poduzeće nalazi (korištenjem Porterovog modela pet konkurentskih snaga), kao i izradom SWOT analize poduzeća (u kojoj su dijagnosticirane snage i slabosti poduzeća, kao i prilike i prijetnje iz okruženja). Nakon situacijske analize izabrane su strategije temeljene na situacijskoj analizi kako bi se odredila najbolja kombinacija strategija za konkurentsko pozicioniranje poduzeća na tržištu, vodeći računa o specifičnostima poduzeća (poslovanje na dvije lokacije, u dva objekta).

Parallel abstract (English)
The aim of this paper is to show the importance of situational analysis in the strategic deliberation of the company and to define development strategy of it. With the example of the company CDP d.o.o., one could see how the analysis could be applied to determine the condition in which the company is stands, as well as how to choose appropriate strategies based on situational analysis and how to make proposals for choosing the right way the company would have to go. By applying situational analysis, a detailed insight into the situation in which the company operates (through analysis of the vision, mission, goals) was obtained, as well as the environment in which the company is (using Porter's Five Competitive Forces model), as well as making SWOT analysis of the company (in which are diagnosed forces and weaknesses of the company, as well as the opportunities and threats from the environment). After situation analysis strategies based on situational analysis were chosen, to determine the best combination of strategies for competitive positioning of the company in the market, taking into account the specificities of businesses (operations in two locations, in two buildings).
