Abstract
Pregovaranje je jedan od najvažnijih elemenata modernog poslovanja. U tom kontekstu poslovno pregovaranje može se s pravom smatrati ključnim poslovnim procesom u svakom modernom poduzeću. Dobar pregovarač stvara se osobnim razvojem kroz svakodnevno komuniciranje u obitelji, školi, poslu, no kompletan pregovarač poznaje teorijske aspekte pregovaranja te ih usavršuje u praksi. Svako poduzeće kvalitetnim kadrom koji se konstantno razvija na području poslovnog komuniciranja može se diferencirati na tržištu i tu stvoriti razliku s obzirom da će kroz kvalitetniju komunikaciju unutar tvrtke, s dobavljačima, konkurentima, kupcima i ostalim akterima na tržištu doći i bolji poslovni rezultati.

Negotiation is one of the most important elements of modern business. In this context, business negotiation can be rightly considered as a key business processes in every modern company. A good negotiator creates a personal development through daily communication in the family, school, work, but complete negotiator knows the theoretical aspects of negotiating and makes it perfect when practice. Any enterprise with quality staff that is constantly evolving in the field of business communication can be differentiated in market and make a difference considering that better communication within the company, with suppliers, competitors, customers and other stakeholders in the market will lead to better business results.
