Abstract
U završnom radu se obrađuje pojam, pokazatelji i oblici distribucije poljoprivredno-prehrambenih proizvoda sa posebnim naglaskom na definiranje temeljnih pojmova kao što su tržište, poljoprivredna proizvodnja, distribucija te kanali distribucije i fizička distribucija. U Hrvatskoj postoji još uvijek veliki broj seljačkih gospodarstava koja nisu u stanju proizvoditi velike količine poljoprivrednih proizvoda za široke mase i bave se uglavnom tradicionalnim poljodjelstvom. Budući da proizvode male količine proizvoda koje plasiraju na tržište vlastitim prodajnim kanalima, a sve radi ostvarivanja određenog dohotka, razvojem izravne prodaje oni ostvaruju dodatnu zaradu. U procesu globalizacije tržište poljoprivrednih proizvoda postaje internacionalno. Nakon dolaska stranih trgovačkih lanaca u Hrvatsku, mogu se pronaći mnogi proizvodi iz različitih dijelova svijeta, često sumnjivog podrijetla i upitne kakvoće. Proizvodi namijenjeni konzumaciji ljudi proizvedeni su po komercijalnim uvjetima gospodarenja, u velikim količinama, radi ostvarivanja veće dobiti. Potrošači su često nezadovoljni kupovinom takvih proizvoda i pronalaze nove načine za zadovoljenje svojih prehrambenih potreba.

In this paper discusses the concept, indicators and forms of distribution of agricultural and food products with a special emphasis on the definition of fundamental concepts such as market, agricultural production, distribution and distribution channels and physical distribution. In Croatia, there is still a large number of rural households that are unable to produce large quantities of agricultural products for the masses and deal mainly with traditional agriculture. Since small amounts of products they place on the market their own sales channels, with the goal of achieving a certain income, the development of direct sales they generate additional income. In the process of globalization of agricultural markets is becoming international. After the arrival of foreign retail chains in Croatia, can be found many products from different parts of the world, often of dubious origin and questionable quality. Products intended for consumption by humans are made on commercial terms of management, in large quantities, in order to achieve greater profits. Consumers are often dissatisfied with the purchase of such products and find new ways to meet their food needs.
