Abstract
U današnjem svijetu ljudski potencijal smatra se ključnim čimbenikom uspjeha svake organizacije, a upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima ili resursima jedna je od bitnih zadaća menadžmenta. Cilj organizacije je razumjeti ljudske interese, predanost poslu, ali i potaknuti njihovu motiviranost. Kako bi dobro motivirali zaposlenike bitno je poznavanje motivacijskih sustava. Motivacijski sustavi usmjeravaju zaposlenike na postizanje prihvatljivog ponašanja u poduzeću i u samom načinu poslovanja. Motivacijski sustavu zaposlenika dijele se u dvije grupe, materijalni motivacijski sustav i nematerijalni motivacijski sustav. Kako bi menadžer uspješno upravljao zaposlenicima trebao bi koristiti oba motivacijska sustava. Uz korištenje motivacijskih sustava važno je poznavati i teorije motivacije koje će biti objašnjenje u radu.
Abstract (english)
In today's world, human potential is considered a key factor in tsuccess of any organization, and management of the human potential or resources is one of the essential tasks of management. The goal of the organization is to understand people's interests, commitment to work, but also to encourage them. In order to motivate employees well, knowledge of motivational systems is essential. Motivational systems direct employees to achieve acceptable behavior in the company and in the way of doing business. The motivational system of employees is divided into two groups, material motivational system and immaterial motivational system. In order for a manager to successfully manage employees, he should use both motivational systems. Along with the use of motivational systems, it is important to know motivational theories that will be explained in the paper.
