Abstract
Korporacijsko poduzetništvo predstavlja formalne i neformalne aktivnosti usmjerene na stvaranje novih poslova u već postojećim tvrtkama. Korporacijsko poduzetništvo ima velik utjecaj u suvremenim uvjetima poslovanja jer se fokusira na razvijanje novih proizvoda i novih tržišta i time poduzeće raste i postaje konkurentnije na tržištu. U poduzeću je bitna komunikacija između zaposlenika i menadžmenta. Komunikacija se postiže kroz dobro isplaniranu organizacijsku strukturu. Organizacijska struktura predstavlja način na koji je rad organiziran unutar tvrtke. Organizacijska struktura dijeli se na dvije skupine: mehanicističke i organske organizacijske strukture. Mehanicističke karakterizira složenost i formalnost u komuniciranju, a u organskim organizacijskim strukturama visoki je stupanj slobode i nizak stupanj formalizacije. Poduzeće želi motivirane, sposobne i inovativne zaposlenike koji su uvijek spremni na doprinos kako bi i poduzeće napredovalo i bilo bolje od konkurencije. Provedeni intervju sa menadžericom velikog poduzeća, prikazao je koliko su zaposlenici motivirani na posao kroz razne vrste nagrada i pohvala. Ako je organizacijska struktura postavljena na dobar način i poduzeće će bolje djelovati.
Abstract (english)
Corporate entrepreneurship represents formal and informal activities aimed at creating new jobs in already existing companies. Corporate entrepreneurship has a great impact in modern business conditions because it focuses on developing new products and new markets, and thus the company grows and becomes more competitive on the market. In the company, communication between employees and management is important. Communication is achieved through a well-planned organizational structure. The organizational structure represents the way work is organized within the company. The organizational structure is divided into two groups: mechanistic and organic organizational structures. Mechanistic ones are characterized by complexity and formality in communication, while organic organizational structures have a high degree of freedom and a low degree of formalization. The company wants motivated, capable and innovative employees who are always ready to contribute so that the company can progress and be better than the competition. An interview with the manager of a large company showed how employees are motivated to work through various types of awards and praise. If the organizational structure is set in a good way, the company will work better.
