Abstract
Osnovna svrha i cilj završnoga rada je predstaviti i približiti različite metode obrazovanja zaposlenih široj publici i istaknuti važnost kontinuiteta obrazovanja kroz posao i život generalno. Kroz rad se nastoji obuhvatiti te zaokružiti kompletni proces od zapošljavanja i obuke preko postavljanja hipoteza i teorija pa sve do kraja obrazovnog procesa i evaluacije istog. Proces obrazovanja u ovome radu je sagledan iz obje perspektive, kako iz ugla voditelja poslovanja koji predstavlja organizaciju tako i iz ugla zaposlenika. Svakog zaposlenika je poželjno sagledati kao zasebnu jedinku stoga je primarna svrha odrediti koja je obrazovna metoda najprikladnija za pojedinog zaposlenika te se upravo iz toga i istječe specifičnost ovog neformalnog oblika edukacije.
Abstract (english)
The main purpose and goal of the final paper is to present and introduce different methods of employee education to a wider audience and highlight the importance of continuity of education through work and life in general. Through the work is trying to encompass and circle the complete process from employment and training, through the setting of hypotheses and theories, all the way to the end of the educational process and its evaluation. The education process in this work is viewed from both perspectives, both from the point of view of the business manager who represents the organization and from the point of view of the employees. It is desirable to see each employee as a separate individual, therefore the primary purpose is to determine which educational method is most suitable for an individual employee, and from that it is possible to see the specificity of this informal educational shape.
