Abstract
Svaki poslovni proces započinje odlukom da se postane poduzetnikom, a na što osobu najčešće potakne dobra poslovna ideja. Poslovna ideja je misao o nečemu (u ovom slučaju poslovnom pothvatu), no da bi bila i osnova za uspješan poslovni pothvat, ideja mora biti i poslovna prilika. U radu je pojašnjena razlika između ideje i prilike, ali i različiti putevi kojima je moguće doći do poslovne ideje i/ili prilike. Pobliže su pojašnjene tehnike kreativnog razmišljanja, poput brainstorminga, brainwritinga i SCAMPER metode, kao i tehnike uočavanja praznina na tržištu i rješavanja problema. U radu su pojašnjeni i trendovi koji također služe kao podloga za generiranje i definiranje poslovnih ideja. U praktičnom dijelu rada primijenjene su dvije tehnike kreativnog razmišljanja i osmišljene su poslovne ideje koje predstavljaju temelje poduzetničkog procesa.
Abstract (english)
Every business process starts with the decision to become an entrepreneur, which is what usually prompts a person to do so with a good business idea. A business idea is a thought about something (in this case a business venture), but in order to be the basis for a successful business venture, the idea must also be a business opportunity. The paper explains the difference between an idea and an opportunity, as well as different ways to get to a business idea and/or opportunity. Creative thinking techniques, such as brainstorming, brainwriting and the SCAMPER method, as well as techniques for spotting gaps in the market and solving problems, are explained in more detail. The paper also explains trends that also serve as a basis for generating and defining business ideas. In the practical part of the paper, two creative thinking techniques were applied and business ideas were devised that represent the foundations of the entrepreneurial process.
