Abstract
Ovaj završni rad istražuje temu timova i timskog rada u prodaji, ponajprije karakteristike tima i njegova glavna obilježja u prodaji, prednosti i nedostatke te na kraju i samu primjenu u stvarnom životu. Tim je mala skupina ljudi s jasno definiranim ciljevima i razvijenim vještinama, a njegova glavna zadaća je ostvariti željeni rezultat, to jest postignuće. Teorijska podloga rada uključuje koncepte i teorije o timskom radu, komunikaciji i produktivnosti u poslovnom kontekstu. Metodologija se temeljila na anketiranju prodavača kako bi se prikupili njihovi stavovi i iskustva. Dobiveni rezultati pokazuju kako su prodavači pozitivnog mišljenja o timskom radu u prodaji te prepoznaju njegove prednosti i doprinos uspješnom ostvarivanju prodajnih ciljeva. Nedostatci su povezani sa izazovima u komuniciranju i međusobnoj suradnji između članova tima što može biti uzrok otežanom postizanju dobrih rezultata. U raspravi, analizirali su se svi dobiveni odgovori te se istraživala potreba za optimizacijom timova s ciljem minimiziranja nedostataka i maksimiziranja prednosti timskog rada u prodaji. Na kraju se zaključuje da ispitani prodavači čvrsto vjeruju u važnost timskog rada za postizanje uspjeha u prodaji.
Abstract (english)
This final thesis explores the topic of teams and teamwork in sales, primarily focusing on team characteristics and its main features in sales, advantages and disadvantages, and finally, its real-life application. A team is a small group of individuals with clearly defined goals and developed skills, and its primary task is to achieve the desired result, i.e., accomplishment. The theoretical foundation of the work includes concepts and theories related to teamwork, communication, and productivity in a business context. The methodology was based on surveying salespeople to gather their opinions and experiences. The obtained results show that salespeople hold a positive view of teamwork in sales, recognizing its advantages and contributions to the successful achievement of sales goals. Weaknesses are linked to challenges in communication and cooperation among team members, which can hinder the attainment of good results. In the discussion, all the collected responses were analyzed, and the need for optimizing teams with the aim of minimizing weaknesses and maximizing the benefits of teamwork in sales was explored. In conclusion, it is concluded that the surveyed salespeople firmly believe in the importance of teamwork for achieving success in sales.
