Abstract
Kandit d.o.o. Osijek je trgovačko društvo koje se bavi proizvodnjom slatkiša i konditorskih proizvoda. Tvrtka je prisutna na domaćem i međunarodnom tržištu te se ističe po inovativnosti, bogatoj ponudi proizvoda i visokim standardima proizvodnje. U ovom istraživanju analiziraju se financijski izvještaji, konkretno bilanca, račun dobiti i gubitka, te izvještaj o novčanom toku, u razdoblju od 2018. do 2022. godine. Kroz horizontalnu analizu bilance i računa dobiti i gubitka, istražene su promjene vrijednosti financijskih izvještaja tijekom promatranog razdoblja. S druge strane, vertikalna analiza je korištena kako bi se prikazale promjene u strukturi aktive i pasive te prihoda i rashoda u računu dobiti i gubitka. Daljnja analiza je provedena kroz korištenje financijskih pokazatelja kao što su likvidnost, zaduženost, aktivnost, ekonomičnost, investiranja i profitabilnosti kako bi se detaljnije istražilo poslovanje trgovačkog društva Kandit d.o.o. Osijek. Na temelju tih pokazatelja donesen je zaključak o uspješnosti poslovanja društva.
Abstract (english)
Company Kandit d.o.o. Osijek is a company engaged in the production of sweets and confectionery products. The company is present on the domestic and international market and stands out for its innovation, rich product range and high production standards. This research analyzes financial statements, specifically the balance sheet, the profit and loss account, and the cash flow statement, in the period from 2018 to 2022. Through a horizontal analysis of the balance sheet and profit and loss account, changes in the value of financial statements during the observed period were investigated. On the other hand, vertical analysis was used to show changes in the structure of assets and liabilities, as well as income and expenses in the profit and loss account. Further analysis was carried out using financial indicators such as liquidity, indebtedness, activity, economy, investment and profitability in order to investigate in more detail the operations of the trading company Kandit d.o.o. Osijek. Based on these indicators, a conclusion was made about the success of the company's operations.
