Abstract
Svrha završnog rada je analizirati financijsko stanje trgovačkog društva Vindije d.d., Varaždin u razdoblju od 2017. do 2021. godine provođenjem vertikalne i horizontalne analize temeljnih financijskih izvještaja, uz analiziranje odabranih financijskih pokazatelja. Prilikom analiziranja, tumačenja rezultata analize i formuliranja mišljenja, u radu su korištene metoda dedukcije, metoda indukcije, metoda sinteze i metoda analize. Rezultati provedene analize financijskih pokazatelja ukazuju na ugroženu likvidnost, neoptimalnu zaduženost i ekonomičnost, te nisku profitabilnost. Iako većina izračunatih financijskih pokazatelja ima nepovoljne vrijednosti, poduzeće u svim promatranim razdobljima ostvaruje pozitivan financijski rezultat, čime je ostvaren cilj stvaranja dobiti.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this final paper is to analyze the financial position of Vindija d.d., Varaždin, during the period from 2017 to 2021, by conducting vertical and horizontal analysis of its fundamental financial statements, along with examining selected financial indicators. The methods used for the analysis and interpretation of results were deduction, induction, synthesis, and analysis. The results of the conducted analysis of financial indicators indicate jeopardized liquidity, suboptimal indebtedness, and efficiency, as well as low profitability. Despite most of the calculated financial indicators showing unfavorable values, the company achieves a positive financial result in all observed periods, thus achieving the goal of generating profit.
