Abstract
Kulturno umjetnička društva jedan su od najraširenijeg i najprihvaćenijeg načina očuvanja tradicijske kulture u Republici Hrvatskoj, a naročito u njezinom najistočnijem dijelu – Slavoniji, Baranji i Srijemu. Rad se bazira na marketinškoj analizi Folkornog ansambla Lisinski iz Vinkovaca. Koncipiran je kao kvalitativni prikaz djelokruga i najznačajnijih kulturno-socioloških točki djelovanja u samom gradu Vinkovcima te njegovoj bližoj i daljoj okolici. Marketinška analiza ima za cilj detaljno analizirati nastup ansambla na neprofitnom tržištu tradicijske kulture. Dodatno, analizirati će se ključna pitanja koja se nameću kao centralna točka uspostave i opstanka društava s ciljem očuvanja tradicijskih vrijednosti.

Cultural/art society is one of the most widespread and most widely adopted way of preserving traditional culture in Croatia, especially in its easternmost part - Slavonia, Baranja and Srijem. The paper is based on a marketing analysis of Folklore ensemble Lisinski from Vinkovci. It was conceived as a qualitative representation of scope and the most important cultural and sociological points of action in the town of Vinkovci and its near and distant surroundings. Marketing analysis aims to analyze in detail the performance of the ensemble in the non-profit market of traditional culture. In addition, the analysis will cover the key issues needed to create remain and inprove the existence of cultural societies that work on preserving of traditional values.
