Abstract
Financijski izvještaji su temeljni način informiranja o poslovanju poduzeća. Predstavljaju detaljan pregled financijskog položaja i uspješnosti poduzeća na temelju kojih se donose poslovne odluke. Poduzeća svake godine objavljuju godišnja financijska izvješća usklađene sa zakonskim normama. Temeljni financijski izvještaji su: bilanca, račun dobiti i gubitka, izvještaj o novčanom toku, izvještaj o promjenama kapitala i bilješke uz financijske izvještaje, a koji se analiziraju horizontalnom i vertikalnom analizom te analizom pomoću financijskih pokazatelja u svrhu boljeg pregleda poslovanja tijekom određenog razdoblja. U praktičnom dijelu rada, analizira se financijsko stanje Podravke d.d. Koprivnica u razdoblju od 2015. do 2019. godine. Na osnovu provedene analize financijskog stanja donosi se zaključak o poslovanju za promatrane godine.
Abstract (english)
Financial statements are the basic way of informing about the company's operations. They present a detailed overview of the company's financial position and performance, on the basis of which business decisions are made. Every year, companies publish annual financial reports in accordance with legal norms. Basic financial statements are: balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow statement, statement of changes in capital and notes to financial statements, which are analyzed by horizontal and vertical analysis and analysis using financial indicators for the purpose of a better overview of business during a certain period. In the practical part of the paper, the financial condition of Podravka d.d. is analyzed. Koprivnica in the period from 2015 to 2019. On the basis of the analysis of the financial situation, a conclusion is made about the business trought observed years.
