Abstract
Ovim diplomskim radom želi se ukazati na važnost pravovremenog upravljanja zalihama kako bi na efikasan i učinkovit način optimizirali iste, te kako bi se što više reducirali troškovi poslovanja. Pravovremenim određivanjem zaliha i upravljanjem istih povećava se konkurentnost poduzeća, zadovoljavaju se potrebe koje kupac ima, ispunjavaju se rokovi koje treba ispuniti u određenom vremenskom periodu te se troškovi nastoje svesti na minimum. Upravljanje zalihama danas je mnogo jednostavnije i praktičnije nego što je to u prošlosti bio slučaj te postoje razne metode koje su se razvile uz razvoj tehnologije. Pomoću tih metoda pojednostavljeno je optimiziranje zaliha. U diplomskom radu navedene su najčešće korištene metode te su navedene neke prednosti i nedostaci istih. Nadalje, rad ukazuje na važnost upravljanja troškovima i pravovremenom upotrebom odgovarajućeg modela. Posljednji dio rada čini istraživanje koje je provedeno na temelju dobivenih podataka tvrtke Hemco d.o.o. Istraživanje je bazirano na promjeni njihovih zaliha tijekom dvije godine koje su bile totalno različite zbog pandemije koja nas je zadesila.
Abstract (english)
This thesis aims to point out the importance of timely inventory management to optimize them in an efficient and effective manner, and to reduce business costs as much as possible. The timely determination of stocks and their management increases the competitiveness of the company, meets the needs of the customer, meets the deadlines that need to be met in a certain period, and tries to reduce costs to a minimum. Inventory management today is much simpler and more practical than it was in the past, and there are various methods that have evolved with the development of technology. Using these methods, inventory optimization is simplified. In the diploma thesis, the most used methods are listed and some of their advantages and disadvantages are listed. Furthermore, the paper indicates the importance of cost management and timely use of the appropriate model. The last part of the work consists of research that was conducted based on the data obtained from the company Hemco d.o.o. The research is based on the change in their stocks for two years that were totally different due to the pandemic that hit us.
