Abstract
Selekcija zaposlenika je jedna od važnijih aktivnosti u upravljanju ljudskim resursima, uglavnom kada tvrtka odabire kandidate za određeno radno mjesto, kada tek počinju, šire se ili trebaju zamijeniti postojeće zaposlenike. Traže se kandidati koji će najbolje odgovarati zahtjevima određenog posla. Zapošljavanje obično provodi odjel ljudskih resursa, ali u manjim tvrtkama gdje ne postoji takav zasebni odjel, vlasnici i upravitelji moraju steći vještine potrebne za izvođenje procesa. Cilj je maksimiziranje buduće radne uspješnosti kandidata. Poželjno je privući kadrove koji mogu funkcionirati na radnom mjestu i uspješno se integrirati u radnu okolinu organizacije. Iako nema jamstva da će selekcija biti uspješna, ključno je učiniti sve kako biste povećali šanse za uspješno zaposlenje. Cilj ovog završnog rada je opisati pojam i važnost selekcije zaposlenika, teoriju o osobinama ličnosti te metode i tehnike selekcije zaposlenika kroz različite psihološke testove.
Abstract (english)
Employee selection is one of the most important activities in human resources management, mainly when the company selects candidates for a specific position, when they are just starting, expanding or needing to replace existing employees. We are looking for candidates who will best suit the requirements of a particular job. Recruiting is usually done by the human resources department, but in smaller companies where there is no such separate department, owners and managers must acquire the skills necessary to carry out the process. The goal is to maximize the candidate's future work performance. It is desirable to attract personnel who can function in the workplace and successfully integrate into the working environment of the organization. Although there is no guarantee that the selection will be successful, it is crucial to do everything to increase the chances of successful employment. The goal of this final paper is to describe the concept and importance of employee selection, the theory of personality traits, and the methods and techniques of employee selection through various psychological tests.
