Abstract
Svaka organizacija ima svoje unutarnje i vanjske čimbenike koji utječu na njezino oblikovanje i stvaranje. Unutarnjih čimbenika od najveće važnosti broji sedam, a to su sljedeći: ciljevi i strategije, zadatci i tehnologija, veličina, životni ciklus organizacije, proizvod, ljudski resursi i lokacija. Svaki od čimbenika ima određeni stupanj značenja za organizaciju i djeluje različitom snagom i intenzitetom na organizaciju. Pandemija COVID-19, koja nameće distancu među ljudima radi njezinog suzbijanja, bilježi svoju pojavu 2019. godine. Ta je godina za cijeli svijet postavila iznenadne izazove i ograničenja u poslovanju i životima ljudi. Organizacije su morale postići brzu prilagodbu na nove uvjete poslovanja kako ne bi propale, a one za koje je to bio preveliki trošak i izazov morale su zatvoriti svoja vrata. Sve je to ostavilo utjecaj i na povećanje nezaposlenosti među stanovništvom i na smanjenje broja obrta i trgovačkih društava. Pandemija se pojavila kao vanjski čimbenik, no kao takva je utjecala na sve unutarnje čimbenike koji su morali biti elastični i prilagodljivi novonastaloj situaciji. Kako svaki čimbenik utječe različito na organizaciju, tako je i njihov način prilagodbe bio različit. Za vrijeme epidemije COVID-19 ističe se najveća promjena i upotreba digitalne tehnologije koja je osigurala nastavak poslovanja bez zastoja za mnoge organizacije.
Abstract (english)
Each organization has its own internal and external factors that affect its shaping and creation. There are seven most important internal factors, and these are the following: goals and strategies, tasks and technology, size, enterprise life cycle, product, human resources and location. Each of the factors has a certain degree of significance for the organization and affects the organization with different strength and intensity. The COVID-19 pandemic, which imposes distance between people in order to suppress it, appeared in 2019. That year set sudden challenges and limitations for the whole business world as well as people’s lives. Organizations had to achieve rapid adaptation to new business conditions in order not to fail, and those for whom it was too expensive and challenging had to close their doors. All that has had an impact on increasing unemployment among the population and reducing the number of crafts and companies. The pandemic emerged as an external factor, and as such it affected all internal factors that had to be elastic and adaptable to the new situation. As each factor affected the organization differently, its way of adapting was different. With the COVID-19 epidemic came the biggest change and use of digital technology, which ensured the continuation of business without downtime for many companies.
