Abstract
Ovaj rad obuhvaća prikaz povijesnog slijeda nastanka leasinga, a nakon toga objašnjenje definicija leasinga. Zatim je prikazana klasifikacija leasinga gdje je svaka skupina definirana i detaljnije objašnjena. Bez ugovora je nemoguć nastanak leasinga, s obzirom na to, u radu se prikazuje sadržaj i sve bitne sastavnice ugovora o leasingu, u kojim slučajevima dolazi do raskida leasinga, kako se leasing može raskinuti i na posljetku koje su posljedice raskida leasinga za svaku stranku u ugovornom odnosu. Obrađen je i proces nastanka leasinga, prednosti i nedostaci, te istaknute razlike između leasinga i bankarskog kredita. Praktični dio obuhvaća prikazivanje financijskog leasinga, u kojem se osim obavezne dokumentacije i uvjeta financiranja, prikazuje i otplatni plan predmeta koji je uzet na leasing, operativnog leasinga koji također sadrži uvjete financiranja i otplatni plan a sve to na primjeru tvrtke Gideon Brothers. Naposljetku je prikazana usporedba isplativosti različitih oblika leasinga.
Abstract (english)
This paper includes a presentation of the chronological historical sequence of the origin of leasing, followed by an explanation of the definitions of leasing. Then the classification of leasing is presented, where each group is defined and explained in more detail. Leasing is impossible without a contract. With this in mind, the paper presents the content and all essential components of the leasing contract, in which cases lease termination occurs, how leasing can be terminated, and finally, what the consequences of leasing termination are for each party in a contractual relationship. It will also touch on the process of leasing, what its advantages and disadvantages are, and highlight the difference between leasing and a bank loan. The practical part includes the presentation of financial leasing, in which, in addition to the mandatory documentation and financing conditions, the repayment plan of the leased item is shown, as well as operational leasing, which also contains financing conditions and a repayment plan, all based on the example of the Gideon Brothers company. In the end, it is shown which of the mentioned forms of leasing is more profitable.
