Abstract
U ovome završnom radu obrađena je tema emocionalne inteligencije i njezine važnosti, a cilj rada je povezati emocionalnu inteligenciju s poslovanjem. Povezati emocionalnu inteligenciju s poslovanjem znači pokazati kako ona ima izrazito jak utjecaj na zaposlenike i poslovođe te na samo poslovanje unutar organizacije. Prvo što će se u radu spomenuti su emocije, glavne skupine emocija i razne kombinacije tih glavnih skupina. Zatim, sljedeći pojam koji će se u radu spomenuti jest empatija i njezini aspekti. Emocije i empatija bitne su za napomenuti zbog pojma emocionalne inteligencije. Emocionalna inteligencija jest sposobnost prepoznavanja, praćenja i upravljanja vlastitih osjećaja i osjećaja drugih ljudi. U radu će se spomenuti emocionalno reagiranje i emocionalni razvitak. Nakon definiranja emocionalne inteligencije, preostala poglavlja bavit će se vezama između emocionalne inteligencije i poslovanja i u cilju je prikazati zašto je emocionalna inteligencija toliko važna. Proučavat će se vještine uspješnih radnika, što je to što radnike potiče na efikasnije obavljanje posla, kako uspješno poslovati u timu, što je i kako doći do kvalitetnog rada na poslu.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, the topic of emotional intelligence and its importance is discussed, and the aim of the paper is to connect emotional intelligence with business. Connecting emotional intelligence with business means showing how it has an extremely strong influence on employees and managers, as well as on the business itself within the organization. The first thing that will be mentioned in the paper are emotions, main groups of emotions and various combinations of these main groups. Then, the next concept that will be mentioned in the paper is empathy and its aspects. Emotions and empathy are important to note because of the concept of emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize, monitor and manage one's own feelings and the feelings of other people. Emotional response and emotional development will be mentioned in the paper. After defining emotional intelligence, the remaining chapters will deal with the connections between emotional intelligence and business and aim to show why emotional intelligence is so important. The skills of successful workers will be studied, what motivates workers to perform their work more efficiently, how to work successfully in a team, what is and how to achieve quality work at work.
