Abstract
U suvremenom poslovanju etika ima značajnu ulogu, što za imidž gospodarskog subjekta, što za stupanje u odnos sa klijentima, zaposlenicima i partnerima, a posljedično i za ostvarenje dobiti. Upravo iz tog razloga rad se fokusira na razvoj etike i temeljne etičke norme s naglaskom na njihovu primjenu u poslovanju. Društveno odgovorno poslovanje temeljeno je na nekoliko razina, a posebna se pažnja u analizi ovih pojmova pridaje trgovini. Osim, moralnih načela koja se mogu primjenjivati u svim životnim aspektima, trgovina je uređena i zakonskom regulativom na području Republike Hrvatske, koja je usklađena sa onom Europske unije. Svi podaci koji su prikupljeni uslijed istraživanja i analize konkretne teme obrađeni su deduktivnom i deskriptivnom metodom, metodom sinteze i analize te statističkim metodama, a povezani su metodom kompilacije.
Abstract (english)
In modern business, ethics has a significant role, both for the image of the business entity, for entering into relationships with clients, employees and partners, and consequently for making a profit. For this reason the paper focuses on the development of ethics and fundamental ethical norms with an emphasis on their application in business. Corporate social responsibility is based on several levels, and special attention in the analysis of these concepts is paid to trade. In addition to moral principles that can be applied in all aspects of life, trade is also regulated by legislation in the Republic of Croatia, which is harmonized with that of the European Union. All data collected as a result of research and analysis of a specific topic were processed by deductive and descriptive methods, the method of synthesis and analysis, and statistical methods, and are related by the method of compilation.
