Abstract
Marketing u turizmu ne predstavlja novi pojam koji donosi neke posebne značajke, ali specifičan je po tome što dolazi do primjene strategije marketinga među subjektima čija je glavna djelatnost vezana za proizvode i usluge u području turizma. Ono što se ističe kao posebnost marketinga u turizmu, a ujedno to je glavni razlog zbog čega se proučava zasebno, su dosta zahtjevni i drugačiji odnosi koji su prisutni na turističkom tržištu. Radi posebnosti koju marketing ima na ovom tržištu proces upravljanja marketingom dosta je zahtjevan. Marketing u turizmu sastoji se od niza marketinških aktivnosti kojima je smisao zadovoljenje turističke potrebe korisnika, a to je u ovom slučaju turist. Primjena marketinga u turizmu zahtjeva postojanje određenih nositelja. Među nositeljima ističu se svi oni subjekti koji su odgovorni za turističku ponudu, zapravo svi oni koji svojim proizvodima i uslugama sudjeluju na tržištu i to u području turizma. Nositelji marketinga u turizmu su posebno važni za ispunjenje ciljeva, ali isto tako i za strategiju turizma i taktiku na koji će se način ostvariti ciljevi. Marketing u turizmu obično uključuje više ciljeva, ali onaj glavni cilj orijentiran je na proizvodnju i plasman proizvoda i usluga koji će zadovoljiti turističke motive i turističke potrebe šireg kruga korisnika.

Marketing in tourism does not represent a new concept of bringing some special features or specific in that it comes to the implementation of marketing strategies among operators whose main activity is related to products and services in the field of tourism. What stands out as a specialty marketing in tourism and at the same time it is a major reason why being studied separately is quite demanding and different relationships that are present on the tourist market. Because of the distinctiveness that marketing has on the market, the process of marketing management is quite demanding. Marketing in tourism consists of a series of marketing activities which purport to satisfy tourist needs, and it is in this case a tourist. Application of marketing in tourism requires the existence of certain carriers. Among the carriers point out that all those entities that are responsible for the tourist offer, in fact all those products and services participating in the market and in the field of tourism. Holders of marketing in tourism are especially important for the fulfillment of the objectives, but also for the tourism strategy and tactics that will be a way to achieve goals. Marketing in tourism usually includes a number of objectives, but the main objective is focused on the manufacture and marketing of products and services that will meet the travel motives and travel needs of a wider range of users.
