Abstract
Završnim radom iz kolegija Poslovni informacijski sustavi istražuju se sustavi upravljanja znanjem u organizaciji. Temeljni pojmovi s kojima se čitatelj u ovom završnom radu susreće su znanje, organizacija, menadžment znanja i tome slično. Organizacija se prema definiciji Hrvatske enciklopedije može definirati kao „društveno kolektivno tijelo koje je nastalo radi ostvarivanja određenih ciljeva, relativno ustaljena i po nekim načelima uređena skupina osoba koja je okupljena oko nekog socijalnog, političkog, kulturnog ili drugog programa.“ (Hrvatska Enciklopedija, 2021.). Pod organizacijom se smatra skup država, drugih pravnih subjekata sporazumno udruženih, ukupnost osoblja neke ustanove ili poduzeća i tome slično, dok s druge strane . Znanje može biti definirano kao sposobnost pojedinca ili grupe ljudi koji su sposobni raspolagati i upravljati informacijama kako bi otklonili pojedini problem ili poteškoću, uz također moguću prilagodbu raznim promjenama. Znanje je danas jedan od najvažnijih resursa nekoga poduzeća te pravilno upravljanje znanjem u organizaciji može dovesti poduzeće, odnosno organizaciju na zavidni položaj na tržištu glede financijskog aspekta ili pak aspekta samoga brenda. Ulaganje u znanje temelj je ulaganja u budućnost.
Abstract (english)
The final thesis of the course Business Information Systems explores the knowledge management systems in the organization. The basic concepts that the reader encounters in this final paper are knowledge, organization, knowledge management and the like. According to the definition of the Croatian Encyclopaedia, an organization can be defined as a "social collective body created to achieve certain goals, a relatively stable and according to some principles organized group of persons gathered around a social, political, cultural or other program." the state, other legal entities united by agreement, the totality of the staff of an institution or enterprise and the like, while on the other hand knowledge can be defined as the ability of an individual or a group of people who are able to dispose of and manage information to eliminate a particular problem or difficulty, with also possible adaptation to various change. Knowledge is today one of the most important resources of a company and proper management of knowledge in the organization can lead the company again an aspect of the brand itself. Investing in knowledge is the foundation of investing in the future.
