Abstract
Poduzetništvo privlači sve veći interes u akademskoj i poslovnoj zajednici u posljednjih nekoliko desetljeća. Sve je veći broj poduzeća koja posluju na tržištu. Ono što se u pitanje dovodi jest način njihova poslovanja i uvođenje društveno odgovornog poslovanja u poduzeća. Iako je koncept društveno odgovornog poslovanja relativno nov, vrlo brzo je postao interesom poslodavaca, zaposlenika, kupaca i partnera. Svi oni uviđaju njegovu važnost i odgovornost za takav način poslovanja i stavljaju interese dionika i prirode ispred stvaranja profita. U 21. stoljeću društvo je doseglo prijelomnu točku kada je riječ o praćenju odgovarajuće društvene svijesti za postizanje održivog razvoja, stoga se od poduzeća podrazumijeva da njihovo poslovanje pozitivno utječe na društvo i okoliš. Svrha je ovog diplomskog rada istražiti vezu poduzetništva i društveno odgovornog poslovanja u teoriji i prikazati na praktičnom primjeru kako poduzeće posluje uzimajući u obzir principe društveno odgovornog poslovanja.
Abstract (english)
Entrepreneurship has been attracting increasing interest in the academic and business community in recent decades. The number of companies operating on the market is increasing. What is questioned lately is the way they do business and the introduction of socially responsible business in companies. Although the concept of socially responsible business is relatively new, it quickly became the interest of employers, employees, customers and partners. All of them realize its importance and responsibility for such a way of doing business and put the interests of stakeholders and nature ahead of profit generation. In the 21st century, society has reached a turning point when it comes to monitoring appropriate social awareness to achieve sustainable development, therefore it is understood from companies that their operations have a positive impact on society and the environment. The purpose of this graduate paper is to investigate the connection between entrepreneurship and socially responsible business in theory and practice using the example of a company that applies the principles of socially responsible business
