Abstract
S Bretton Woods-om započinje sveopća ekonomska integracija zemalja, a time i snažna globalizacija.

Nowadays, with the growing globalization of the world appears regionalization in different parts of the world, therefore there is a connection between the countries more than ever. The World Trade Organization supports the view that the multilateral trade system develop regional trade agreements to ensure harmonization of these agreements with WTO rules. Almost every member of the World Trade Organisation is a member of at least one sub-regional or regional agreements. Regionalism thus neutralize the pressure of regionalization and gives it greater internal control and independence of processes at different levels. After World War II, in striving for the recovery of national economies around the world, and their economic stabilization of the country to sign the contract aimed at economic revitalization of countries, and the awakening of awareness of human rights.
