Abstract
Završnim radom iz kolegija Poduzetničke strategije istražuju se strategije rasta poduzeća. U radu je opisana razlika između različitih strategija rasta poduzeća te njihove prednosti i mane. Kako bi opstalo, poduzeće mora razmišljati o rastu i razvoju, postaviti si ciljeve i razmišljati o načinima njihova ostvarenja. U ostvarenju tih ciljeva, poduzeće može odabrati različite strategije rasta. U radu će se opisati neke od strategija rasta, koje poduzeću stoje na raspolaganju. Govorit će se o organskim i anorganskim (materijalnim) strategijama rasta, prednostima i nedostacima svake od navedenih grupa strategije, te razlici između njih. Svaka od navedenih grupa strategija će se prikazati na konkretnom primjeru poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
The final thesis written for the Entrepreneurial Strategies Course explores the strategies of company growth. The paper describes the difference between different company growth strategies and their advantages and disadvantages. In order to survive, the company must think about growth and development, set goals and think about ways to achieve them. In achieving these goals, the company can choose different growth strategies. The paper will describe some of the growth strategies available to the company. We will talk about organic and anorganic (material) growth strategies, the advantages and disadvantages of each of the mentioned groups of strategies, and the difference between them. Each of the listed groups of strategies will be shown on a concrete example of a company.
