Abstract
Stanovanje je jedna od osnovnih ljudskih potreba koju većina stanovništva nastoji prioritetno riješiti. Za zadovoljenje te potrebe neophodna su značajna financijska sredstva kojima većina stanovništva ne raspolaže odmah niti ih može priskrbiti u kratkom vremenskom roku. Iz tih razloga za rješavanje stambenog pitanja koriste se kao izvor financiranja krediti kreditnih institucija. U radu se obrađuje ponuda stambenih kredita i njihovih specifičnosti unutar kreditnih institucija u Republici Hrvatskoj prema mogućem iznosu kredita, valuti zaduživanja, vrsti i visini kamatne stope te roku otplate.
Abstract (english)
Housing is one of the basic human needs that the majority of the population tries to solve as a priority. In order to satisfy this need, considerable financial resources are required, which the majority of the population does not have immediately and cannot obtain in a short time. For these reasons, loans from credit institutions are used as a source of financing to solve the housing problem. The final paper deals with the offer of housing loans and their peculiarities in the credit institutions in the Republic of Croatia in terms of the possible loan amount, loan currency, type and amount of interest rate and repayment period.
