Changes are key to the growth and development of organizations; they happen every day and help learn from them. Change is diverse because there are several factors that drive it, some coming from within the organization itself and some from outside. It is necessary to adapt them as soon as possible, because organizations can lag on the market, but also behind the competition. Within the organization, changes affect business functions, but most of all the employees. Employees are used to stability, and in case of changes, they create resistance thcan escalate if they are not stopped in time or at least mitigated. Technological development encourages organizations to make big changes, today it is easier to do some things, the concentration of information and data has increased, and we are surrounded by various smartphones, computers and other devices on which we spend hours doing our work, and all this organizations must follow in order to remain on the market. As technology advances, as do organizations that incorporate various systems, the assumption is that the better the technology we have, the better the job we will do, although this is not necessarily true. The best example in which the technology took root even more was when the COVID-19 pandemic appeared two years ago. Due to the epidemiological measures, working from home has become the only opportunity to perform business activities. Using computers or smart phones was the only way out of the situation because the work has to be done or many organizations would fail.
