Abstract
Učinkoviti lideri svjesno ili nesvjesno utječu na druge ljude kako bi ih usmjerili na rad za dobrobit poduzeća i samih ljudi. Ukoliko se adekvatno provodi, manipulacija može biti opravdana, kao i moćno oruđe liderstva. Jednako tako, loše manipuliranje, nedovoljno iskustvo lidera i neadekvatno provedena strategija mogu loše utjecati na zaposlenike te smanjiti njihovu motivaciju. Tehnike manipulacije u liderstvu nisu nužno usmjerene samo ka zaposlenicima, već mogu biti usmjerene na marketinške aktivnosti i okolinu poduzeća u svrhu ostvarivanja ciljeva poduzeća. U ovom se radu teorijski i empirijski obrađuju liderske tehnike manipulacije te uključuje sljedeće studije slučaja: Steve Jobs, Apple, Scott Thompson, Yahoo, Ed Catmull, Pixar, Peter Thiel, PayPal, Ray Kroc, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Elizabeth Holmes, Theranos, Brian Chesky, Airbnb te Dave Paul, Pluckers Wing Bar.
Abstract (english)
Effective leaders consciously or unconsciously influence other people to direct them to work for the benefit of the company and the people themselves. If properly implemented, manipulation can be justified, as well as a powerful leadership tool. Equally, poor manipulation, insufficient experience of leaders and inadequately implemented strategy can have a negative impact on employees and reduce their motivation. Manipulation techniques in leadership are not necessarily focused only on employees, but can be focused on marketing activities and the company environment in order to achieve company goals. This paper theoretically and empirically deals with leadership manipulation techniques and includes the following case studies: Steve Jobs, Apple, Scott Thompson, Yahoo, Ed Catmull, Pixar, Peter Thiel, PayPal, Ray Kroc, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Elizabeth Holmes, Theranos, Brian Chesky, Airbnb and Dave Paul, Pluckers Wing Bar.
