Abstract
Do razvoja ruralnog turizma dolazi zbog potrebe čovjeka da se ponovno poveže s prirodom i pobjegne iz gradskih gužvi i užurbanog načina života. Turisti, osim boravka u mirnijem i tišem okruženju, žele osjetiti način života lokalnog stanovništva i poistovjetiti se s njim, kušati domaću gastronomsku i enološku ponudu te sudjelovati u radu i svakodnevnom načinu života mještana. Resursna osnova za razvoj ruralnog turizma je neupitna: mnoštvo prirodne i sociokulturne -baštine pruža mogućnost razvoja turizma ruralnih područja, a samim time i razvoj i boljitak tih područja i njihova stanovništva. Veliki potencijal razvoja ruralnih područja leži u uspješnom razvoju ruralnog turizma koji je u 21. stoljeću nezamisliv bez primjene e-marketinga. Alati e-marketinga omogućavaju nositeljima turističke ponude brzu, jednostavnu i vrlo pristupačnu interakciju s potencijalnim posjetiteljima, a adekvatna primjena osigurava uspješne poslovne rezultate. Kako bi se utvrdila učestalost korištenja e-marketinga kao i utjecaj e-marketinga na uspješnost poslovanja agroturističkih subjekata na području Slavonije, Baranje i Srijema provedeno je primarno istraživanje u kojem je sudjelovalo 45 poslovnih subjekata koji se bave agroturističkom djelatnošću. Provedeno istraživanje pokazuje kako obuhvaćeni ispitanici percipiraju e-marketing kao koristan alat koji im omogućava unaprjeđivanje poslovanja, donosi nove posjetitelje i osigurava vidljiv rast i razvoj poslovanja.
Abstract (english)
The innate human need to escape a hectic lifestyle in the city and to reconnect with nature prompts the development of agritourism. Tourists not only want to stay in a quieter and more peaceful environment, but they also want to experience the local population’s way of life and identify with it. They also want to taste the local cuisine and wine, as well as to do the work and participate in the daily life of the locals. The resource basis for the development of rural tourism is unquestionable: the multitude of natural and socio-cultural heritage provides opportunity for the development of tourism in rural areas, thus the development and improvement of those areas and their population. The great potential of rural area’s development lies in the successful development of the agritourism, which is nowadays unimaginable without the use of e-marketing. E-marketing tools enable proprietors a quick, simple, and very approachable communication with potential visitors. It is also important to mention that the adequate implementation ensures successful business results. In order to determine the frequency of use of e-marketing as well as the impact of e-marketing on the success of business of agritourism entities in the area of Slavonia, Baranja and Srijem, a primary survey was conducted in which participated 45 business entities engaged in agro-tourism activities. The conducted research shows how the respondents perceive e-marketing as a useful tool that enables them to improve their business, brings new visitors and ensures visible growth and business development.
