Abstract
Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je proučiti utjecaj vodstva na učinak zaposlenika i evaluirati ga kroz leću različitih stilova vođenja. Ponašanje vođe vrlo je važno bez obzira na različite situacijske uvjete. Svaki vođa ima poseban stil vođenja, no nijedan stil vođenja nije najbolji za sve situacije upravljanja stoga je važno da vođe znaju kako koristiti stilove vođenja ovisno o svakoj konkretnoj situaciji. Vodstvo je središnja značajka produktivnosti radnika, kao i performansi organizacije. Istraživanjem je ispitan utjecaj transakcijskog i transformacijskog vodstva na performanse zaposlenika, zadovoljstvo poslom i radnu motivaciju. Istraživanje je pokazalo da su sljedbenici transformacijskih vođa općenito zadovoljniji svojim poslom, motiviraniji te ukazuju na veći potencijal većeg radnog učinka.
Abstract (english)
The goal of this research was to study the impact of leadership on employee performance and evaluate it through the lens of different leadership styles. A leader's behavior is very important regardless of different situational conditions. Each leader has a specific leadership style, but no leadership style is best for all management situations, so it is important that leaders know how to use leadership styles depending on each specific situation. Leadership is a central feature of worker productivity as well as organizational performance. The research examined the impact of transactional and transformational leadership on employee performance, job satisfaction and work motivation. Research has shown that followers of transformational leaders are generally more satisfied with their work, more motivated and indicate a greater potential for greater work performance.
