Abstract
U ovom završnom radu bit će predstavljena tema Izazovi u izgradnji poduzetničke kulture. U prvom dijelu rada prikazana je teorijska podloga odnosno objašnjen je pojam organizacijske kulture i klime, utjecaj poduzetničke kulture na poslovanje poduzeća te izazovi u izgradnji poduzetničke kulture. Osnaživanje poduzetničke kulture je vrlo važno za svaku tvrtku. Za menadžera je važno da bude poduzetan kako bi mogao uočiti prilike koje se nude i na taj način ojačati konkurentnost poduzeća. Izgradnja poduzetničke kulture zahtijeva određeno vrijeme, dok zbog kratkoročnih problema koji se trebaju hitno riješiti menadžerima ne preostaje puno vremena kako bi se posvetili i osnažili poduzetničku kulturu. U drugom dijelu rada predstavljene su tvrtke na kojima se analizira njihova organizacijska kultura i načini osnaživanja poduzetničke kulture. Tvrtke koje su analizirane su INA d.d. i Hrvatski Telekom, za obje tvrtke su navedeni opći podaci te njihova organizacijska kultura.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, titled Challenges of Strengthening Entrepreneurial Culture will be presented. The first part of the paper presents the theoretical background and explains the concept of organizational culture and climate, the impact of entrepreneurial culture on business operations and challenges in building an entrepreneurial culture. Strengthening the entrepreneurial culture is very important for any company. It is important for the manager to be entrepreneurial in order to be able to notice the opportunities that are offered and thus strengthen the competitiveness of the company. Building an entrepreneurial culture takes a certain amount of time, while due to the short-term problems that need to be addressed urgently, managers do not have much time left to dedicate and strengthen the entrepreneurial culture The second part of the paper presents the companies, analyzing their organizational culture and the way they characterize the corporate culture. The companies analyzed are INA d.d. and Hrvatski Telekom, general data for both companies are given and the extent to which their organizational culture is in line with the rules of the profession is analyzed.
