Abstract
Uvođenjem novih tehnoloških rješenja mijenjaju se procesi u poslovnom sustavu. U radu je opisan pristup i način prilagodbe poslovnog procesa novom obliku prodajnog kanala tj. etrgovini na primjeru poslovnog sustava iz područja veletrgovine i maloprodaje. Odluci o uvođenju ovog oblika poslovanja prethodi strateška odluka o uvođenju novog kanala distribucije zbog čega je potrebno provesti detaljnu analizu postojećeg poslovnog procesa te predložiti poboljšanja koja će se dogoditi prema usvojenom skupu kriterija. U radu će opis postojećeg stanja i novog stanja poslovnog procesa prikazati upotrebom BPMN i EPC dijagrama. Dijagrami će se kreirati korištenjem alata ARIS.
Abstract (english)
Business system processes are influenced by implemetation of new techonological solutions. This paper describes approach and method of adapting the business process to a new form of sales channel, ie e-commerce on the example of wholesale and retail. The decision to introduce this form of business is preceded by a strategic decision to implement a new distribution channel. Consequently, it is necessary to conduct a detailed analysis of the existing business process and consider improvements that will occur according to the accepted criteria. The paper represents a comparison between the existing state and the new state of the business process using BPMN and EPC diagrams. Diagrams are created using the ARIS tool.
