Abstract
„Kvaliteta je kad se naši kupci vrate, a proizvodi ne“ (Siemens) Svakoga dana na tržištu se rađaju novi ponuđači koji nude svoje nove proizvode i usluge. Kako bi se određeni proizvođač istaknuo u moru onih koji su isti/slični njemu svoj fokus u poslovanju treba staviti na kupca tj.potrošača, na njegove želje i potrebe. Povjerenje i lojalnost kupaca su ključni čimbenici u poslovanju poduzeća, a da bi bili uspješni poduzetnici moraju unaprijediti i istaknuti kvalitetu svojih proizvoda i usluga. U ovome radu objasnit će se što je to kvaliteta, kaliteta proizvoda i usluga te koiko je važna kvaliteta usluga u marketingu.

Quality is when our customers return, not our products. (Siemens) Everyday there are more offerers of products and services on the market. If a certain manufacturer wants to stand out from the others in the same market he has to put more focus on buyers and consumers, specifically on their needs and wishes. Loyalty and trust with your buyers are the most crucial factors in managing your business, and if they want to be successful enterpenuers they need to upgrade and distinguish the quality of their products and services from others. In this essay it will be explained what is quality of products and services and how important it is in marketing.
