Abstract
U današnjem dobu u kojem su promjene u tehnologiji, gospodarstvu, načinu življenja, prehrani, migracijama, politici i poslovanju svakodnevne razvio se interes i potreba za interkulturalnu komunikaciju, budući da je sve veća interakcija između ljudi različitih kultura. Svatko dolazi iz različitih dijelova svijet i različitih kultura stoga se i način na koji se komunicira, odijeva, pozdravlja, posluje i razmišlja razlikuje od osobe do osobe. Nužnost razumijevanja i učenja o drugim kulturama u međukulturološkoj sredini je sve veća i izraženija. Svjetonazor proizlazi iz kulture te se može pojavit u nekoliko oblika jedan od njih je i religijski. Religija je jedna od najvažnijih sastavnica kulture koja utječe na sve ostale sastavnice. Utjecaj religije na interkulturalnu komunikaciju je značajan budući da religija utječe na sve dimenzije čovjekova života. Šest religijskih tradicija različitih sustava vjerovanja ipak imaju puno više sličnosti nego što se na prvu može pomisliti, pogotovo ako je riječ o tržištu i poslovanju. Kako bi se mogla razumjeti kultura drugih, nužno je poznavati vlastitu. Za uspješnu suradnju i stvaranje novih poslovnih veza, širenje tržišta i dolazak do većeg broja potencijalnih kupaca u doba globalizacije od ključne važnosti je spremnost prihvaćanja različitosti, učenje o drugim kulturama, poštivanje tuđeg i razvoj zajedničke poslovne kulture i komunikacije.
Abstract (english)
In today's age where changes are happening everyday in technology, economy, lifestyle, diet, migration, politics and business, interest and needs for intercultural communication have developed, as there is increasing interaction between people of different cultures. Everyone comes from different parts of the world and different cultures so the way they communicate, dress, greet, do business and think varies from person to person. The need to understand and learn about other cultures in an intercultural environment is growing and becoming more pronounced. Worldview comes from culture and can appear in several forms, on of which is religious. Religion is one of the most important components of culture that affects all others components. The influence of religion on intercultural communication is significant because religion affects all dimensions of human life. The six religious traditions of different belief systems, however, have many more similarities than one might think at first, especially when it comes to the market and business. I order to understand the culture of others, it is necessary to know your one. For successful cooperation and creating new business connections, expanding markets and reaching more potential customers in the globalization era, the readiness to accept diversity, learn about other cultures, respect others and develop a common business culture and communication is crucial.
