Abstract
Komunikacijske vještine su među najvažnijim vještinama u svakodnevnom životu, a ujedno i u poslovnom svijetu. Cilj rada je pobliže pojasniti pojam neverbalne komunikacije unutar organizacije te prikazati međukulturalne razlike u neverbalnoj komunikaciji. Komunikacija je dinamički proces sastavljen od više elemenata i koraka. Neverbalna komunikacija prvenstveno se odnosi na govor tijela, ali i druge čimbenike kao što su prostorno okruženje, fizički izgled i sl. U današnje vrijeme vrlo je važna međukulturalna komunikacija s toga je razvoj međukulturalnih komunikacijskih vještina neizostavan element pri ostvarenju uspješnog radnog okruženja.
Abstract (english)
Communication skills are among the most important skills in everyday life, and also in the business world. To clarify the concept of non-verbal communication within the organization and to show intercultural differences in non-verbal communication. Communication is a dynamic process composed of several elements and steps. Non-verbal communication primarily refers to body language, but other factors such as spatial environment, physical appearance, etc. Nowadays, intercultural communication is very important, so the development of intercultural communication skills is an indispensable element to achieve a successful work environment.
