Some companies offer non-verbal communication education to their employees. Numerous studies have led to data and the facts that non-verbal communication during contact between two interlocutors is more influential than verbal communication, which conflicts with the opinions of many people. Particularly pronounced is the reading of body language that forces individuals to reflect and monitor the behavior of the interlocutor, especially when communicating between buyer and seller. During the preparation of the final paper, numerous literatures of well-known authors in the field of body language and non-verbal communication were studied, and in conclusion, research was conducted in the form of a questionnaire. The purpose of the research is to test the knowledge and self-assessment of one's body language skills. Research has found that people are not sufficiently educated when it comes to body language and nonverbal communication.
