Abstract
Cilj završnog rada nije samo teorijski prikazati organizaciju i dati definiciju timskog rada, iako se rad na početku bavi teorijskim prikazom, nego pokazati važnost tima za razvoj pojedinca i ostvarivanje individualnog i organizacijskog uspjeha. Osobni razvoj pojedinca unutar organizacije doprinosi i razvoju same organizacije. Prethodna rečenica temeljna je pretpostavka za daljnje pisanje ovog rada. Osobni razvoj definiran je kao težnja pojedinca prema vlastitom uspjehu. U timskom okruženju taj uspjeh i napredovanje moguće je samo u suradnji s timom ili kolektivom kojem članovi tima pripadaju. Poticanje i njegovanje timskog rada recept je za uspjeh na nekoliko razina. O tim razinama više se govori u potpoglavljima o ljudskom kapitalu i razvoju kompetencija. Organizacijska kultura dužna je podržavati zaposlenike i na taj način poticati ih da sudjeluju u donošenju odluka i razvijaju se. Članovi tima imaju zajedničke ciljeve i komplementarne vještine. Vrijednosti svakog pojedinog člana moraju biti u skladu s vrijednostima cijelog tima jer se na taj način povećava kohezija unutar tima, pokrivaju se nedostatci, bolje se upravlja konfliktima i brže i kvalitetnije se rješavaju problemi i izvršavaju zadaci.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of the final thesis is not only to provide a theoretical definition of teamwork, but also to demonstrate the practical significance of teamwork and its impact on individual development and individual and organizational success. The personal development of an individual within an organization also contributes to the development of the organization itself. The previous sentence serves as the basic premise of this thesis. Self-development is defined as an individual's pursuit of their own success. In a team environment, this success and advancement is only possible with the cooperation of the team or group to which one belongs. Encouraging and nurturing teamwork is a recipe for success on multiple levels. These levels are discussed in more detail in the subsections on human capital and competency development. The organizational culture should be committed to supporting employees and thereby encouraging them to participate and develop in decision making. All team members share common goals and complementary skills. The values of each individual must be in coherence with the values of the organization because that itself increases the team cohesion, covers all flaws, helps managing conflict and enables better problem solving.
