Abstract
Mobilno bankarstvo danas predstavlja sve veću neophodnost prilikom obavljanja poslova, ali i u smislu jednostavnosti i praktičnosti postaje sve važniji. Osim što se pomoću njega olakšavaju svakodnevne transakcije, mobilno bankarstvo može nam donijeti i značajnu uštedu u vremenu. Razvojem interneta i napretkom mobilnih uređaja, odnosno dostupnošću pametnih uređaja uz sve nižu cijenu, mobilno bankarstvo postaje sve dostupnije većem broju korisnika. Svojom pojavom mobilno bankarstvo označilo je velike promjene u bankarskoj industriji iako je na samom početku bila jednostavno, no kasnijim razvojem, usluga je privlačila veći broj korisnika uz sve veći broj dostupnih usluga. Napredak tehnologije uslugu mobilnog bankarstva podigle na višu razinu i uspostavili su bolju komunikaciju između korisnika mobilnih aplikacija te banke kao poslovnog subjekta u čijem vlasništvu se nalazi aplikacija mobilnog bankarstva. Ovim radom bit će prikazane sve strane mobilnog bankarstva, dobre i loše za korisnike usluge mobilnog bankarstva te će biti opisana mogućnost i funkcionalnost pojedine aplikacije za mobilno bankarstvu na primjeru pojedinih banaka unutar Republike Hrvatske. Cilj rada je prepoznati mogućnosti koje nam nudi usluga mobilnog bankarstva, prednosti i nedostatke usluge kao i mogućnost poboljšanja.
Abstract (english)
Today, mobile banking is an increasing necessity when doing business, but also in terms of simplicity and practicality, it is becoming increasingly important. In addition to making everyday transactions easier, mobile banking can save us time, which is becoming more and more expensive today. With the development of the Internet and the progress of mobile devices, the availability of smart devices at an ever lower price, mobile banking is becoming more and more accessible to a larger number of users. With its appearance, mobile banking marked major changes in the banking industry that were simple at the beginning, but with later development, the service attracted a larger number of users with an increasing number of available services. With the improvement of technology, the new generations have raised the mobile banking service to a higher level and established better communication between the users of mobile applications and the bank as a business entity that owns the mobile banking application. This paper will present all aspects of mobile banking, good and bad for users of mobile banking services, and will describe the possibility and functionality of individual applications for mobile banking on the example of individual banks within the Republic of Croatia. The aim of this paper is to identify the opportunities offered by the mobile banking service, the advantages and disadvantages of the service as well as the possibility of improvement.
