Abstract
Upravljanje znanjem podrazumijeva skup kompleksnih pojmova koji se međusobno isprepleću u jednu smislenu cjelinu, a kao takav pojam teško ga je u potpunosti i definirati jer postoji puno različitih objašnjenja i shvaćanja navedenog pojma. Kao jedne od ključnih čimbenika upravljanja znanjem izdvajaju se informacije bez kojih bi ovaj proces bio nezamisliv. S druge strane nailazimo na nekoliko vrsta znanja čije je shvaćanje nužno za pozitivne ishode koje ono može donijeti. Povijest upravljanja znanjem je dugačka, ali u Hrvatskoj, nažalost, premalo istražena grana o kojoj je potrebno sve više govoriti i razvijati ju jer pridonosi kreativnom i upješnom poslovnom ostvarenju zaposlenika. Procesi i čimbenici upravljanja znanjem jesu zahtjevni, ali cilj svega je stvoriti uspješnu organizacijsku strukturu. Edukacija zaposlenika znači ulaganje u razvoj zaposlenika što dovodi uspješnim rezultatima i radu u poduzeću.
Abstract (english)
Knowledge management implies a set of complex concepts that are intertwined into one meaningful whole and is, as such, difficult to be defined due to the various explanations and understandings of it. One of the key factors in knowledge management is information, which this process would be unthinkable without. On the other hand, we come across several types of knowledge whose understanding is necessary for the positive outcomes they can bring. The history of knowledge management is long, but in Croatia, unfortunately, there is too little research on that branch, which should be talked about and developed more and more because it contributes to a creative and successful business achievement of employees. The processes and factors of knowledge management are demanding, but the goal is to create a successful organizational structure. Employee education denotes investing in employee development that leads to successful results and work in the company.
