Abstract
Proučavanje ponašanja prilikom industrijske kupnje se odnosi na proučavanje motiva, radnji i utjecaja na industrijske potrošače u obavljanju kupovine robe i usluga. Industrijski kupci su pojedinačna poduzeća koje donose odluke o kupnji usluga, komponenti proizvoda i sirovina, sve u svrhu poboljšanja poslovanja. Industrijska kupnja složen je postupak donošenja odluka i komunikacije. Uključuje nekoliko načina za razmatranje problema s kojim se poduzeće susreće. Povećanje ekonomičnosti rezultira stvaranjem potražnje za industrijskom robom i uslugama, industrijska kupnja se uvelike se razlikuje od obične kupnje. U diplomskom radu će se istražiti navike industrijskih potrošača na primjeru 3 građevinska poduzeća. U industriji građevine, industrijska nabava materijala je od velike važnosti jer podrazumijeva trošak velike količine novca. Upravo zato, kvalitativnim istraživanjem će se utvrditi način na koji se industrijski potrošači odlučuju na kupnju, koji faktori su im presudni kod odabira proizvoda i utjecaj potrošačkog ponašanja na poslovanje poduzeća. Za istraživanje će biti korišten anketni upitnik koji će se sastojati od 30 pitanja.
Abstract (english)
The study of behavior in industrial purchase refers to the study of motives, actions and influences on industrial consumers in performing the purchase of goods and services. Industrial customers are individual companies that make decisions about purchasing services, product components and raw materials, all for the purpose of improving business. Industrial purchasing is a complex decision-making and communication process. It includes several ways to consider the problems the company is facing. The increase in economy results in the creation of demand for industrial goods and services, industrial purchase is very different from ordinary purchase. The thesis will explore the habits of industrial consumers on the example of 3 construction companies. In the construction industry, the industrial procurement of materials is of great importance because it involves the cost of a large amount of money. Precisely because of this, qualitative research will determine the way in which industrial consumers decide to buy, what factors are crucial for them when choosing products and the impact of consumer behavior on the company's business. A survey questionnaire consisting of 30 questions will be used for the research.
