Abstract
Zalihe su osigurač u kontinuitetu poslovanja, tj. predstavljaju kratkotrajnu materijalnu imovinu pri čemu služe za prodaju u redovnom poslovanju ili u proizvodnji. Tipovi zaliha mogu biti sirovine, dijelovi (komponente), zalihe za održavanje, poluproizvodi i gotovi proizvodi. Zalihama se treba pažljivo upravljati ponajviše zbog rizika pojave različitih vrsta troškova koji se stvaraju gomilanjem velikih količina zaliha. Pri određivanju troškova zaliha prepoznaju se tri vrste: troškovi skladištenja, troškovi narudžbe i troškovi nedostatka zaliha. Upravljanjem zalihama kod zavisne potražnje lakše je odrediti potražnju za nekim dobrom jer se može izvesti izravno iz potražnje za nekim drugim dobrom ili čimbenikom za koji je potražnja poznata. Pri upravljanju tim tipovima zaliha koriste se metode poput planiranje proizvodnoga resursa, justin-time (JIT), optimiziranje proizvodne tehnologije itd. Neki od modela upravljanja zalihama su modeli guranja i povlačenja te model ekonomične količine narudžbe. Američka tvrtka Apple Inc. odličan je primjer upravljanja zalihama. Proglašena nekoliko godina kao svjetskim predvodnikom kada se radi o modelima opskrbnog lanca i upravljanju zalihama, Apple se klasificirao kao tvrtka koja je na najefikasniji način prisvojila sustav upravljanja zalihama i njihovoj pravilnoj distribuciji.
Abstract (english)
Inventories are a safeguard in the continuity of operations, they represent short-term tangible assets and are used for sale in regular operations or in production. Stock types can be raw materials, parts (components), maintenance stocks, semi-finished products and finished products. Inventories need to be carefully managed mostly because of the risk of different types of costs created by the accumulation of large amounts of inventories. When determining inventory costs, we recognize three types: storage costs, order costs, and shortage costs. Inventory management in dependent demand makes it easier to determine the demand for some good because it can be derived directly from the demand for some other good or factor for which demand is known. When managing these types of inventories, methods such as production resource planning, just-in-time (JIT), optimization of production technology, etc. are used. Some of the inventory management models are push and pull models and the economical order quantity model. The American company Apple Inc. is an excellent example of inventory management. Named the world leader in supply chain models and inventory management for several years, Apple has classified itself as the company that has most effectively appropriated the inventory management system and their proper distribution.
