Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu analiziraju se izazovi suvremenog menadžmenta u zdravstvu, kojima se ukazuje da su stabilnost i kvaliteta funkcioniranja nekog zdravstvenog sustava jedan od ključnih pokazatelja razvoja neke zemlje, te sveopće kvalitete života stanovništva. Diplomski rad obuhvaća tematske cjeline kojima se pokušavaju objasniti najznačajnije osnovice i pretpostavke razvoja i stanja hrvatskog zdravstvenog sustava (kroz istraživanje se koristi i naziv zdravstvo). Analizira se ekonomsko obilježje zdravstvenog sustava, ekonomski ciljevi zdravstvene zaštite, strukturna obilježja zdravstvenog sustava, a uzimajući u obzir osjetljivost zdravstvenog sustava budući da ulazi u područje najosjetljivijih ljudskih potreba. Nastavno na ovo, istraživanjem će se pokušati raspraviti aspekti financiranja i ishoda zdravstvenoga sustava Republike Hrvatske (u nastavku: RH) , te će se odgovoriti na pitanja na koji način se financira zdravstveni sustav u RH, te kakvo je opće zdravstveno stanje populacije. Nadalje, kroz komparativnu analizu analizirati će se zdravstveni sustav RH u odnosu na odabrane zemlje članice Europske unije (u nastavku: EU), gdje će se prikazati najbitnije informacije glede pozicije hrvatskog zdravstvenog sustava u odnosu na odabrane zemlje članice EU.
Abstract (english)
This master thesis analyzes the challenges of modern health management, which indicates that the stability and quality of functioning of a health system is one of the key indicators of the development of a country and the overall quality of life. The thesis includes thematic units that try to explain the most important bases and assumptions of the development and state of the Croatian health care system (through the research, the name health care is also used). The economic characteristics of the health care system, the economic goals of the health care system, the structural features of the health care system are analyzed, and taking into account the sensitivity of the health care system as it enters the area of the most sensitive human needs. In addition, the research will try to discuss aspects of financing and outcomes of the health system of the Republic of Croatia (hereinafter: the Republic of Croatia), and will answer questions about how the health system in the Republic of Croatia is financed and the general health of the population. Furthermore, a comparative analysis will analyze the health care system of the Republic of Croatia in relation to selected EU member states (hereinafter: EU), where the most important information regarding the position of the Croatian health care system in relation to selected EU member states will be presented.
