Abstract
Menadžment je sastavni dio svakog poduzeća odnosno organizacije koja posluje u današnje vrijeme. Veliki broj stručnjaka i znanstvenika tumači pojam menadžment kroz razne defincije, u samom diplomskom radu objasnit će se pojam menadžment, suvremeni menadžment, trendovi suvremenog menadžmenta i utjecaji tehnološkog razvoja. Suvremene menadžerske trendove pod utjecajem tehnološkog razvoja možemo objasniti kao dinamičan i kompleksan proces koji dolazi zbog razvoja tehnologije, globalizacije i sve većeg broja tržišno orijentiranih poduzeća željnih uspjeha. Suvremeni menadžment donosi ogroman broj izazova pred menadžera i poduzeće, upoznavanje i prihvaćanje trendova koje tehnološki razvoj svakog dana mijenja je jedna od glavnih zadaća menadžera. Ideja i rezultati rada su da se upoznavanjem, analizom i istraživanjem suvremenog menadžmenta i njegovih trendova stekne određeno znanje, prošire granice razmišljanja te bolje razumije značenje tehnološkog razvoja.
Abstract (english)
Management is an integral part of every company or organization that operates today. A large number of experts and scientists interpret the term management through various definitions, this work will explain the term management, modern management, trends in modern management and the effects of technological development. Contemporary managerial trends influenced by technological development can be explained as a dynamic and complex process that comes due to the development of technology, globalization and an increasing number of market-oriented companies eager to succeed. Modern management brings a huge number of challenges to the manager and the company. One of the main tasks of managers is getting to know and accepting the trends that technological development changes every day. The idea and results of the work are that by getting to know, analyzing and researching modern management and its trends, one acquires certain knowledge, expands the boundaries of thinking and better understands the meaning of technological development.
