Abstract
U današnje vrijeme uloga kvalitete je puno porasla, ona ne samo da predstavlja kontrolu već počinje stvarati strateški cilj poslovanja, a ujedno i veliku konkurentnost. Kad se govori o proizvodima ili uslugama koje netko želi, kvaliteta se smatra kao jedan od najvažnijih elemenata. Također, ona zadovoljava sve potrebe i zahtjeve koje neki klijent želi. Govoreći o suvremenom poslovanju, kvalitetom je potrebno znati upravljati. Upravljanje kvalitetom se ne smatra nikakvim luksuzom već se s time ostvaruje opstanak i razvoj na tržištu. Potrebno je provoditi konstanta poboljšanja kako bi se što uspješnije upravljalo kvalitetom u nekoj organizaciji. Da bi se ostvarilo uspješno upravljanje kvalitetom svaki zaposlenik u organizaciji mora biti uključen, također kako bi se to postiglo svaki zaposlenik treba iskoristiti sve svoje potencijale i sudjelovati u timskim radovima. U poslovanju kvaliteta postaje presudan čimbenik, proizvod koji je neispravan velikom brzinom ide u propast te ujedno sa sobom u propast vodi i svoju organizaciju. Iz tog razloga svaka organizacija treba svakodnevno na valjan način upravljati kvalitetom, te ju postaviti kao prioritet i odgovornost svih zaposlenika. Razvoj tehnologije se kreće velikom brzinom. Veliku ulogu u pružanju dobre kvalitete upravo je sam razvoj tehnologije koja svakim danom sve više i više napreduje.
Abstract (english)
Nowadays, the role of quality has grown a lot, it not only represents control but begins to create a strategic business goal and at the same time great competitiveness. When it comes to products or services that someone wants, quality is considered as one of the most important elements. Also, it meets all the needs and requirements that a client wants. Speaking of modern business, it is necessary to know how to manage quality. Quality management is not considered a luxury, but it achieves survival and development in the market. It is necessary to implement constant improvement in order to manage quality in an organization as successfully as possible. In order to achieve successful quality management, every employee in the organization must be involved, also in order to achieve this, every employee should use all their potential and participate in teamwork. In business, quality becomes a crucial factor, a product that is defective is rapidly going to ruin, and at the same time it is ruining its organization. For this reason, every organization should properly manage quality on a daily basis and set it as a priority and responsibility of all employees. The development of technology is moving at a high speed. A great role in providing good quality is precisely the development of technology itself, which is advancing more and more every day.
