Abstract
Platno poslovnog modela predstavlja koncept koji pomaže ljudima u izradi svojih poslovnih modela. Cilj koncepta je olakšati ljudima pojašnjenje svojih poslovnih modela, te kako bi, na temelju toga, mogli stvoriti nove strategije te poboljšanja postojećeg poslovnog modela. Rad se sastoji od teorijskog i praktičnog dijela. U teorijskom dijelu diplomskog rada pojašnjena je metodologija platna poslovnog modela, kao i pojedini dijelovi platna, te je kroz znanstveno potvrđene teorije pojašnjena utemeljenost uporabe navedene metodologije na primjerima športskih klubova. U praktičnom dijelu diplomskog rada metodologijom platna poslovnog modela prikazano je poslovanje nogometnih klubova u Republici Hrvatskoj. Analizirana su 3 nogometna kluba – dva iz Republike Hrvatske, od kojih jedan po rezultatima i budžetu spada u sam vrh, dok je drugi pri samom dnu ljestvice nogometnih klubova prve hrvatske lige, te klub dobre prakse iz inozemstva. Modeli klubova su potom međusobno komparirani.
Abstract (english)
The business model Canvas is a concept that helps people create their business models. The purpose of the concept is to make it easier for people to explain their business models, and how, based on that, they could create new strategies and improve the existing business model. The paper consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part of the paper will explain the methodology of the business model canvas, as well as individual parts of the canvas, and through scientifically confirmed theories will explain the validity of the use of this methodology on the examples of sports clubs. In the practical part of this paper management of football clubs in the Republic of Croatia is presented by business model canvas methodology. Three football clubs will be analysed - two from the Republic of Croatia, one of which is, according to results and budget, placed at the top, while the other one is at the very bottom of the list of the first Croatian football league. Third club is a quite successful club from abroad. The models of the clubs will then be compared with each other.
