Abstract
Kompenzacijski sustav se temelji na tome da zaposlenici povećavaju svoju plaću stjecanjem znanja, novih vještina te različitih kompetencija. Ne kompenzacijski sustav podrazumijeva povezivanje nagrada s radnom uspješnosti zaposlenika te potiče razvoj cjelokupnog sustava. Strategije nagrađivanja služe kako bi se odredilo što će organizacija raditi kroz određeni vremenski period kako bi razvila procese, praksu i politike nagrađivanja. Jedan od osnovnih ciljeva strategije nagrađivanje je uvođenje sustava ukupne nagrade i ravnoteža između nefinancijskih i financijskih nagrada. Teorijama motivacije postiže se bolji učinak organizacije prema zaposleniku i samim time uspješnost cijele organizacije. Sadržajne teorije motivacije su usmjerene na potrebe pojedinca, njihovu klasifikaciju, utjecaj na postizanje ciljeva te načine aktualizacije. Procesne teorije motivacije uzimaju u obzir su sustav vrijednosti, percepciju te očekivanja uz motivacijsko ponašanje i motivaciju. Dm drogerija odabrana je za analizu nematerijalnih kompenzacija iz razloga što su njihovi radnici zadovoljni radom u poslovnici i glasi za najboljeg poslodavca već godinama, plaće radnika rastu godinama, također i broj zaposlenika što ih je dovelo do te titule.
Abstract (english)
The compensation system is based on the fact that employees increase their salary by acquiring knowledge, new skills and various competencies. The non-compensation system implies linking rewards with the work performance of employees and encourages the development of the entire system. Reward strategies serve to determine what an organization will do over a period of time to develop reward processes, practices, and policies. One of the main goals of the reward strategy is to introduce a system of total rewards and a balance between nonfinancial and financial rewards. Motivation theories achieve a better performance of the organization towards the employee and thus the success of the entire organization. Content theories of motivation are focused on the needs of the individual, their classification, the impact on achieving goals and ways of actualization. Process theories of motivation take into account the value system, perception and expectations along with motivational behavior and motivation. Dm drugstore was selected for the analysis of intangible compensation for the reason that their employees are satisfied with the work in the branch and is considered the best employer for years, workers' salaries grow for years, also the number of employees, which led them to the title.
